Youth Development Services

  • YAPA (Youth and Adult Partnership of Aberdeen) ~ To work in Cooperation with the City of Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department to research, develop, and maintain a safe place, The YAPAtorium, a youth center for ages 12-19 to congregate for relaxation, entertainment, the arts, and learning.
